Bedrooms: ( 1 bedrooms on ground floor and 4 bedrooms on lower ground and 2 bedrooms below lower ground floor) 
- All bedrooms have air-conditioners
- Some bedrooms have balconies. 
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room is located on the ground floor. 
- ⁠The living room has AC
- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 15-25 people
- A TV, music system, Wi-Fi are available in the living area
- A few indoor games like poker table, fuseball, pool table. 
- A few board games are available at the villa. 

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 7 private bathroom and a common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
 
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, a water purifier. 
- ⁠Dining area is located on ground floor. 
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Crockery is available for 15 people
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Meals:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, HI Tea and dinner are offered subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
