1. Booking-Related

Q1: How can I book a villa through Jalanta Stays?
You can book a villa directly from our website or mobile app by selecting your preferred property, dates, and number of guests, then proceeding to the payment section.

Q2: Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, minor modifications like date changes or guest count may be allowed based on availability. Please contact our support team at least 3 days prior to check-in.

Q3: Can I visit the property before booking?
Property visits are allowed only in select locations and subject to availability. You may contact us to check if a visit is possible.

1. Payments and Refunds

Q4: What is the booking advance amount?
We require a 40% advance of the total amount to confirm your booking. The balance must be cleared before check-in.

Q5: Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable ₹10,000 security deposit is required, which is returned within 72 hours post-checkout if there are no damages or violations.

Q6: How are refunds processed?
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method, after deducting any processing or penalty charges.

Q7: Can I pay the full amount at the villa?
No, full payment must be completed prior to check-in. We do not accept payments at the property.

1. Cancellations and Changes

Q12: What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days before check-in: 50% refund of advance.
Cancel within 7 days: No refund.

Q13: What happens if Jalanta Stays cancels my booking?
In case we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered:
- An alternative villa (if available), OR
- Full refund + 10% extra travel credit (valid for 6 months).
