Terms and Conditions – Jalanta Stays

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment of a minimum 40% advance of the total booking amount.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining 60% payment must be completed before check-in. Entry will not be permitted unless the full amount is received.

4. Pricing Policy

Prices are dynamic and may vary based on seasonality, location, number of guests, and duration of stay.

5. Security Deposit

A ₹10,000 refundable deposit is mandatory for every booking, payable before check-in. This amount is refunded within 72 hours post-checkout after inspection.

6. Taxes

All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be added during final billing as per government norms.

7. Receipt and Invoices

Digital invoices will be issued upon request or at the time of final payment.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards

Check-Out: by 11:00 AM Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Guest Count and Identity

Only the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking will be allowed. Valid government ID proof is

required for all guests.

3. House Rules

Loud music, parties, or gatherings after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property and its surroundings.

4. Damage and Misuse

Any damage to the property, missing items, or misuse will result in deduction from the security deposit or additional charges.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly villas with prior approval. Extra cleaning fees may apply.

6. Utilities and Amenities

Guests are expected to use water, electricity, and facilities responsibly. Misuse may lead to penalties.

7. Visitor Policy

Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from Jalanta Stays management. Violation may result in eviction.

1. Guest Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable, and therefore no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation. However, a date reschedule may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to the availability of a replacement booking. In such cases, up to 50% of the advance paid may be adjusted toward the revised booking.

2. Refund of Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout, provided no damage, misuse, or policy violations are identified during the stay.

3. Extra Guest Charges

Any additional guests beyond the confirmed number will be charged as per the applicable extra guest (extra pax) rates.

4. Cancellation by Jalanta Stays

Jalanta Stays reserves the right to cancel a booking under unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered either:
1. An alternate villa of comparable standard, or
2. A full refund along with a 10% credit voucher, valid for 6 months.

5. Force Majeure

Jalanta Stays shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or government restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jalanta Stays is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the stay.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
