The property features a private lakeside infinity pool, a children's playground, a badminton court, and a private non-heated outdoor Jacuzzi with the first two hours of daily usage included complimentary. Our professional on-site culinary team prepares customized veg and non-veg meal packages starting at 2,000 Rupees per person, as outside chefs and guest kitchen access are not permitted. The villa is pet-friendly, welcoming all domestic pets. High-quality Bluetooth speakers are provided, though professional DJ setups are not permitted. Located a scenic 1.5-hour drive from Pune and a seamless escape from Mumbai, with travel times now reduced by 30 minutes thanks to the new Expressway Missing Link bypass. The villa comfortably hosts a standard group of 12 guests across its 4 beautifully appointed, fully air-conditioned bedrooms, with a strict maximum capacity of 15 guests. Each bedroom features large windows capturing the lake views and its own private attached bathroom equipped with modern water geysers, fresh linens, and premium toiletries. The ground-floor living lounge is air-conditioned and designed as a spacious communal gathering space, equipped with comfortable seating, a television, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a high-quality Bluetooth speaker for your music. Please note that external DJs and professional loud sound systems are not permitted on the property to maintain a peaceful environment.

The outdoor spaces are the defining highlight of the estate. Step out onto the main deck to enjoy a refreshing swim in your private infinity swimming pool, or relax in the dedicated outdoor Jacuzzi with panoramic views of Pawna Lake. Please note that guest kitchen access is not permitted and outside chefs are not allowed on the property, as all food and beverage services are managed exclusively by our in-house team to guarantee hygiene.

Operationally, Paradise is managed with absolute professionalism to ensure uninterrupted comfort. The secure gated property features 24-7 security surveillance, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a heavy-duty silent generator to guarantee 100% power backup. Dedicated caretakers, led by Kiran, are available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM to handle check-ins, housekeeping, and guest requests. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with a refundable security deposit collected at arrival.

Travel access is quick, effortless, and highly scenic, bypassing Lonavala town traffic bottlenecks entirely. The estate is a fast drive of just 1.5 hours from Pune and a smooth escape from Mumbai. Travel times are reduced by a full 30 minutes thanks to the new Expressway Missing Link bypass, which completely eliminates old ghat traffic and makes your journey direct and seamless via the Expressway. Bedrooms: (4 bedroom is on the ground floor) 
- All bedrooms have air-conditioners
- Some bedrooms and living room have balconies. 
- ⁠Some Bedrooms we have a flat screen TV. 
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms 

Living Room:
- The living room is located on the ground floor overlooking the lawn and the pool.
- The living room has a AC. 
- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 10-15 people
- A music system and Wi-Fi are available in the living area
- A few indoor games like playing cards, etc.
- A few board games are available at the villa

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 4 private bathroom . 
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. 
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Crockery is available for 15 people
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Meals:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, HI Tea and dinner are offered subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has a private infinity pool and a huge lawn
- Pool size: 26ft x 22ft with a depth of 4.5 ft . 
- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice
- Outdoor games like cricket, badminton, archery are available at the villa.
