Anvi's Paradise 4BHK is a premier private luxury villa situated near Narayani Dham in Lonavala. Designed for families and premium group retreats, this elegant home comfortably hosts a standard group of 12 guests across 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached private bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 18 guests using extra bedding. The property features a private outdoor infinity pool, a private Jacuzzi, multiple scenic terrace decks, a cozy living lounge, and indoor games including carrom. Customized veg and non-veg meal packages are prepared fresh on-site starting at 2,000 Rupees per person, as outside chefs and guest kitchen access are not permitted. Please note that pets are not permitted at this villa. It is a quick drive of under 1 hour from Pune and an easy escape from Mumbai, with travel times now reduced by 30 minutes thanks to the new Expressway Missing Link bypass that completely eliminates old ghat traffic and bypasses Lonavala town bottlenecks. Enjoy a seamless stay with 100% silent generator backup and caretaker support managed by Ashwini and her on-site team.

Bedrooms: ( 1 bedroom on ground floor, 2 bedrooms first floor and 1 bedroom on second floor)
- All bedrooms have air-conditioners
- Some bedrooms have balconies. 
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room is located on the ground floor. 
- ⁠The living room has AC
- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 10-15 people
- A TV, music system, Wi-Fi are available in the living area
- A few indoor games like carrom.
- A few board games are available at the villa

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 4 private bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
 
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction, a water purifier. 
- ⁠Dining area is located on ground floor. 
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Crockery is available for 15 people
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Meals:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, HI Tea and dinner are offered subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has a private infinity pool and a huge lawn
- Pool size: 12 ft * 28 ft  with a depth of 4.5 ft .
- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.
